9930 Monsoon This ANSI Class 3 waterproof long rain coat features a shell of windproof/water resistant polyester oxford, with a 10,000MM waterproof rating, and is fully seam-sealed. Features 2” reflective tape, an adjustable hood, two-way zipper and adjustable Velcro cuffs. Constructed with two right chest pockets, utility loops, outer storm flap and chin guard. Meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 standards, Class 3/Level 2.
